I have a 3 year old fridge/freezer and about a month ago the freezer was full of ice and no room to put any food because it was all iced out. I lowered it with the knob that is inside the fridge and nothing changed. Another thing i did was unfreezed it and turned it back again and in about a day it went back to the same problem. What is my next step towards fixing my problem?
